What started with molten cakes gifted to a friend soon evolved into Autumn Martin’s bona fide business, Hot Cakes. After graduating with the distinguished Student of the Year award during her Culinary Arts degree at Edmonds Community College, she worked as a pastry chef and head chocolatier at well-established institutions in the culinary community before shifting her focus onto Hot Cakes full-time.
