After ten years working to preserve and protect pieces of fine art as a conservationist, last year Pamela decided it was time to become a maker of things once again and create her own fine (wearable) art. With a degree in sculpture and architectural history (she started out in architecture school but her designs were deemed to “eccentric”), Pamela has honed her minimalist aesthetic over the years. Drawing inspiration from the Earth’s organic forms and geometric patterns, Pamela shapes, sands and shines her pieces of reclaimed metal to give them a unique patina that only human hands could create.
