We offer Free Shipping for all order over $150 and a flat rate of $15 for all orders under $150 in the US and Canada.

Tracking your order

When your order is shipped you will receive an order confirmation with a tracking number. If you don’t receive this email, please check your spam or junk folder. If you still haven’t received it, please email us at and we’ll send it to you again right away.

Please note that if your order contains multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages. Products on our site may be shipped directly from our maker community or from our BRIKA stores.

Items shipped from Canada will arrive via Canada Post. Items shipped from the US will arrive via USPS.

Shipping times

Most of the items on BRIKA ship between 3-5 days. Some items are made by our artisan just for you so may take a little longer (believe us, it is worth the wait!). If you need an item to arrive at a certain time (it wouldn’t do for that anniversary present to arrive late!), please email us at and we will see what we can do.

Pick-up in store

For those of you living in the GTA, you also have the option of shipping your order to one of our stores for a flat rate of $10. You can make this selection at checkout.

International orders

Not happy with your purchase? Email us at within 30 days of purchase for a store credit or, in the case of a faulty, defective or incorrect item(s), a full refund. 

Damaged/ Defective/ Incorrect Items

BRIKA accepts returns on purchases that are damaged, defective or incorrect (i.e., if you receive an item that is not in perfect condition). In the event that your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, e-mail a return request to BRIKA Customer Service including a picture showing the damage.
In order to return a product, you must e-mail BRIKA Customer Service at requesting the return with the following information:

  1. Order number in the subject line
  2. Item received, quantity and reason for return in the body of the e-mail
If BRIKA approves the return request, we will issue a return authorization number and a packing label for you to use. If we are able to, BRIKA will replace the damaged item. If BRIKA is unable to do so, we offer two (2) return options:
  1. If you wish to apply your credit to your BRIKA account, return shipping is free
  2. If you wish to apply your credit to your original credit or debit card used for payment, a flat rate for return shipping based on the subtotal of your return will be deducted from that payment.

In order for the imperfect item to be to be eligible for a return, the customer must notify BRIKA within two (2) days of receiving the order. Damaged items must be returned within 14 days from receipt of delivery of merchandise or as otherwise stated on the item return policy for the return to be completed. Please return items in their original packaging.

Gift Returns
If the recipient would like to return a gift, he/she must notify BRIKA Customer Service by email at within 5 days of receiving the order, clearly indicating the order number in the email. For these items, BRIKA offers store credit with free return charge. Damaged or defective items must be returned within 14 days from receipt of delivery of merchandise or as otherwise stated on the item return policy for the store credit to be added to his/her account.

Returned items must be unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged. Please return items in their original packaging.


If a refund in the original form of payment is requested and you used BRIKA store credits to purchase such item, those BRIKA store credits will be reinstated in lieu of receiving a refund for that portion of the purchase.

If the credit card used in connection with the purchase is expired or invalid, we will issue a check to the billing address on the credit card. If any promotional discount was applied at the time of purchase, you will be refunded for the actual amount paid at time of purchase.
