You can never be sure where your talents will take you. Just ask Laura Busony. When she moved to New York City, she had no job and no cash. Before moving, she'd been working on large-scale steel installations but without the money to keep that up, she decided to scale down and focus on creating sculptural rings and pendants. That decision would ultimately bring about her line of handmade jewelry and the path that brought her here is perfectly in line with Laura's mantra of constant experimentation and reinvention. A self-described amateur mechanic and cat lady, who also has interests in roller coasters and taxidermy, Laura's personal tastes are as eclectic as her creations.
