We love this spicy and addicting take on homemade popcorn for something lighter on Super Bowl Sunday. Popcorn is an excellent source of fiber and antioxidants - get your kernel count up! INGREDIENTS 10 cups freshly popped popcorn 2 tbsp Sriracha chili sauce 2 tbsp butter, melted 2 tsp dried Ranch Seasoning Mix DIRECTIONS 1) Place popped popcorn in a large bowl, removing all unpopped kernels. 2) In a small bowl, mix together Sriracha and melted butter. Drizzle on popcorn, mixing to coat. Add Ranch seasoning and toss to coat. Serve immediately. Yield: 10 cups popcorn Recipe courtesy of Bite Me More
