After months of planning and anticipation, BRIKA's pop-up shop at North America's oldest, yet highly progressive department store opened this past week. It all began with a vision Jen and I had before we even launched BRIKA. We asked ourselves, who would be our dream partners for our launch in Canada? Hudson's Bay (HBC) was at the top of the list. If we've learned anything in our entrepreneurial journey so far, it's this: Begin with a clear vision.
Our shop was designed by the beyond-talented Creative Director Jenn Cranston who truly brought BRIKA's brand to life with a clean white space, geometric shapes and bold color accents. Inside you will find beautiful goods from 40+ Canadian Makers, including lovely vases by Dalhaus, shibori-dyed scarves by Sea & Stone, and delicate clay jewelry by Marian + Hazel. All products in the shop are also available online.
Check out shots from inside the shop below. If you are in the Toronto area, we hope to see you there soon! The pop-up is located at the flagship location of HBC on Queen St. in Toronto.[caption id="attachment_2936" align="aligncenter" width="512"] Beautiful little details and gorgeous product[/caption] iPads around the store tell the stories of the Makers featured[/caption] See more photos from the opening here. BRIKA's shop at Hudson's Bay will be open at least until December 31st.
