Returns

Our return policy

 

You may return any eligible product you have ordered from BRIKA within 14 days from receipt of delivery of merchandise. Returns outside this timeframe may be accepted at the discretion of BRIKA and will only be refunded as a store credit.

Eligible products for return will be indicated on the product page. Not all products are eligible for returns. Please make sure to note if your item is eligible for return prior to purchasing it. Items that are not eligible for returns are clearly marked as “Final Sale” on the Product page for that Product.

In order to return a product, you must e-mail BRIKA Customer Service at service@brika.com requesting the return with the following information:

  1. Order number in the subject line
  2. Item received, quantity and reason for return in the body of the e-mail

The BRIKA Customer Service team must receive and approve your return request. Once your request is received and approved, we will issue a return authorization number and a packing label for you to use.

Damaged/ Defective/ Incorrect Items

BRIKA accepts returns on purchases if you receive an item that is not in perfect condition. In the event that your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, e-mail a return request to BRIKA Customer Service (same process as above), including a picture showing the damage. If BRIKA approves the return request, we will issue a return authorization number and a packing label for you to use. If we are able to, BRIKA will replace the damaged item. If BRIKA is unable to do so, we offer two (2) return options:

  1. If you wish to apply your credit to your BRIKA account, return shipping is free
  2. If you wish to apply your credit to your original credit or debit card used for payment, a flat rate for return shipping based on the subtotal of your return in addition an 8% restocking fee will be deducted from that payment.

In order for the imperfect item to be to be eligible for a return, the customer must notify BRIKA within two (2) days of receiving the order. Damaged items must be returned within 14 days from receipt of delivery of merchandise or as otherwise stated on the item return policy for the return to be completed. Please return items in their original packaging.

Gift Returns

BRIKA also accepts returns on purchases that were received as a gift, although exceptions may apply. If the recipient would like to return a gift, he/she must notify BRIKA Customer Service by email at service@brika.com within 5 days of receiving the order, clearly indicating the order number in the email. For these items, BRIKA offers store credit with free return charge. Damaged or defective items must be returned within 14 days from receipt of delivery of merchandise or as otherwise stated on the item return policy for the store credit to be added to his/her account.

Returned items must be unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged. Please return items in their original packaging.

Other

If a refund in the original form of payment is requested and you used BRIKA store credits to purchase such item, those BRIKA store credits will be reinstated in lieu of receiving a refund for that portion of the purchase.

If the credit card used in connection with the purchase is expired or invalid, we will issue a check to the billing address on the credit card. If any promotional discount was applied at the time of purchase, you will be refunded for the actual amount paid at time of purchase.
